Meet Our Founder & CEO
Kristin is a strategic public relations professional with nearly two decades of experience working with faith-based organizations, leaders and non-profits to amplify their message and mission. She is passionate about PR and founded KC Communications to lead mission-minded leaders and organizations with strategic communication to affect, influence and impact the world for good.
She has led award-winning campaigns and grown companies in size, influence and results throughout her career. A member of the Public Relations Society of America, she was honored by PRSA Dallas in 2021 for the inaugural 40 Under 40.

Chief of Staff
Landon Cole brings a long expertise of program management and strategic leadership to the KCC team. In his role as Chief of Staff, he executes Agency operations while safeguarding KCC’s mission, standards, and strategic priorities, ensuring they are consistently reflected in the Agency’s work product and day-to-day practices.
Prior to joining KCC, Landon worked for more than two decades on church ministerial teams and leading nonprofit volunteer programs. He holds a Masters in Christian Arts from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Vice President
Kerri Ridenour, PHR, SHRM-CP, has spent her professional career focused in the area of consulting with corporations, non-profits and academic institutions advising them on strategic preparation, human resources and crisis planning.
She joined the A. Larry Ross Communications team in May of 2006 and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at the company until her departure in May 2023. As COO, she led the Agency’s business acquisitions, day-to-day operations and Human Resources department also using her certifications to act in an advisory capacity on a variety of crisis communications and Human Resource projects for clients.

Kristin Denny brings her broadcast background and strategic media expertise to KCC as an account manager. She's previously worked in media relations across local and global PR agencies successfully securing coverage with outlets such as People, The Associated Press, Forbes, ESPN and Fox News. Kristin is passionate about finding new ways to approach problems and helping clients gain different perspectives that resonate with their target audiences.
Kristin's established media relationships and proven track record give her a distinct advantage in developing compelling narratives. Her undeniable drive, and adaptability ensure clients receive the best quality content and strategic guidance that elevates their presence.

SaraBeth brings her strategic mind and creativity to KC Communications as an Account Executive. She has worked in marketing and public relations capacities in the professional services and higher education industries as well as agency settings. SaraBeth is passionate about building meaningful connections between clients and their target audiences, driving her thoughtful approach to meeting client goals.
SaraBeth embraces the opportunity to affect, influence and impact the world for good through her work. Her faith inspires and leads her to reflect Christ in all she does and love others around her deeply.

Lauren serves as an Account Executive at KCC with more than five years of PR experience.
A compelling storyteller, skilled strategist and relational asset, Lauren has experience in client-facing roles where she has led efforts in developing and implementing effective earned media strategies tailored to client’s unique needs. In these roles, she has helped secure media opportunities for her clients in local, regional and national markets, spanning from secular to Christian media outlets.
Fueled by her passion for the Kingdom, Lauren views her role as a strategic communications partner with faith-driven clients as her personal mission field. Whether she is crafting a powerful media pitch or distributing a news release, she finds joy in helping her clients share their unique messages with appropriate audiences.

Sophia is an Account Coordinator with KCC. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's degree in strategic communication. Sophia has an extensive background in public relations, journalism and advertising. In each of these communication experiences, she has built meaningful relationships with clients and business professionals.
Sophia believes her work serves a greater purpose to advance the Gospel and evangelical message of Jesus Christ. She puts her faith into action as she advances the goals of KCC’s clients.

Sarah Vance Harrison is a public relations professional who is passionate about writing and brand storytelling. She thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy, collaborating to develop meaningful messages.
She has previous agency experience promoting and raising awareness for small businesses, using effective communication and public relations strategies to expand their visibility and strengthen their connection with key publics. As a follower of Christ, she finds joy in bringing glory to God through her work.

Katie Martin is Founder and CEO of Upward Digital Media and has over 10 years' experience in the public relations and communications sector.
Katie has worked with a number of prominent ministries and organizations, including Museum of the Bible, Dr. Tony Evans, Jonathan Cahn, Auntie Anne Beiler, Jay Lowder Harvest Ministries, Fathom Events, GriefShare, The Return, Empowered21, and more.
Her campaigns have also received industry recognition, including a Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Bronze Anvil Award of Commendation and three PRSA Dallas Pegasus Awards. Katie was also named to the 2022 PRSA Dallas’ 40 Under 40 list.
